2023 Election

Pursuant to Section 1-13.5-513, C.R.S., if at the close of business on the sixty-third day before the election or at any time thereafter, there are not more candidates than offices to be filled, the election is canceled, and the candidates declared elected. 

The May 2, 2023 regular election of Hartsel Fire Protection District has been canceled and pursuant to Section 1-11-103(1), C.R.S., you are hereby notified that Ken Bellinger, Ann Grothe, and Beth Burtch have been elected by acclamation to 4-year terms.

2025 Election

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF REGULAR ELECTION AND CERTIFIED STATEMENT OF RESULTS BY THE DESIGNATED ELECTION OFFICIAL HARTSEL FIRE AND PROTECT DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Sections 1-13.5-513(6) and 32-1-104(1), C.R.S., by the Hartsel Fire and Protection District (the “District”) of Park County, Colorado, that at the close of business on the sixty-third day before the election, there were not more candidates for director than offices to be filled including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be write-in candidates; therefore, the regular election to be held on May 6, 2025, is hereby canceled and the following candidates are hereby declared elected: Cynthia McArthur to a 4-year term (2025-2029) Ron Graham to a 4-year term (2025-2029)
